Adam Naaish Naseem

Gained hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, travelling across the Maldives to conduct field research for projects with international organisations including the World Bank and IFC. Presented findings to governmental bodies and major resort chains, supporting evidence-based decision making.

Contributed to large-scale initiatives such as the Gulhifalhu reclamation project with Boskalis, helping ensure environmental safety in sand borrowing and dredging operations. Supported Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for major projects, including coral image processing and suitability analysis.

Key skills gained: data analysis, research support, environmental and social data collection, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

CDE Proposal System Development – Contributed to the design and development of multiple digital proposal management systems, including platforms for the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Tourism and Environment.
