PPM maintenance of the beam pumps

Removal and installation of pumps, valves and pipework.

Mechanical seal changes on multistage water injection pumps

Overhaul of mechanical static and rotating equipment.

Small bore pipework installation

Bolt tensioning/torque

Assist commissioning of the newly installed GEA refrigeration system.

Service and maintenance of the refrigeration plant

Prepare permits on ISSOW as performing authority, isolation authority mechanical and isolation authority process. Including marked up P&ID for isolation.

Mechanical maintenance of rotating equipment including pumps and reciprocating compressors

Scope and overhaul of pumps, split casing pumps, steam turbines.

Maintenance of fin fan cooling towers

Removal of plant and equipment for overhaul with use of breathing apparatus as required.

Workshop and field maintenance of mechanical equipment oil refinery

Overhaul of rotating equipment including pumps, radial and axial split casing pumps, gearboxes and valves

Mechanical maintenance including removal of plant from service, check isolations. Use of breathing apparatus as required
