Summary

A meticulous and resourceful multi-skilled Engineer with a wealth of transferable skills acquired through my current and previous roles, including electrical and mechanical diagnostics and fault finding, effective organization and prioritisation of work, identification of CI opportunities and providing training and technical guidance to other engineers.

In my current position, I serve as the sole shift engineer in a busy warehouse equipped with a large automated picking system. I am accountable for ensuring the timely completion of all mechanical and electrical planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive work, thereby minimizing any adverse impact on the business. This is accomplished through my comprehensive system knowledge and swift, efficient problem-solving abilities.

I am in the final stages of completing my integrated masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on mathematical modelling and optimisation with an ultimate goal of achieving chartered engineer status.

I am keen to continue to develop my skills acquired through both my academic pursuits and professional experiences to excel at new challenges and opportunities.
