Seeking to obtain a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) driver position. New to the industry, having recently completed an intensive, self-financed driver training course, demonstrating commitment and determination to embark on this new career path.
Valuable experience in accepting goods inwards deliveries with a strong understanding of the logistics industry, including the importance of timely and accurate deliveries, inventory management, and coordination with various parts of the business.
Fresh, comprehensive knowledge of the key aspects of HGV driving, including vehicle safety checks, accurate record keeping, and efficient route planning coupled with strong practical skills, such as manoeuvring large vehicles, securing loads, and managing vehicle maintenance. Health and Safety aware and committed to following all current road-traffic laws and company regulations, and vigilant in checking vehicle conditions before, during, and after trips.

Driven to deliver high-quality service and consistent results. Confident in being able to transfer existing and newly acquired skills and knowledge into this new career and at the same time bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to safety to any available HGV driver position.
