• Successfully adapted to the change of working in a smaller rural depot to a large urban depot, including the learning of a significant number of new routes, including University of Bristol services
• Experience of working on a number of special services, which involve the movement of high numbers of customers, such as concerts, university open days and festivals
• Stepped up to oversee the successful operation of a park and ride service to major concerts in Bristol, with thousands of customers travelling at similar times
