Communication Skills

  • While working for Whitbread I won the Serving Up Great Memories Excellence Award, and the Serving Up Great Memories Hero Badge. This enthusiasm for creating a great customer experience lead me to the Palace Theatre where I responsible for running the bistro, this meant catering for customers before the show, and occasionally creating a unique experience for the show, for example, when Matilda was running at the venue, the menu and restaurant decorations were based on the show.
