Aspiring and hungry football coach, with a real passion for developing young players. Experience working across youth football, coached in the academy of a Taiwanese Premier league team, development centres for Fulham FC and in grassroots football. Experience designing, implementing and delivering dynamic, fast paced, technically focussed sessions allowing players opportunity to experiment and express themselves. Strong track record in developing players, devising individual learning plans, reviewing and ensuring that my players reach their targets. I take pride in developing close bonds with my players, allowing me to understand them as individuals and tailor my approach accordingly. Possess a real desire to keep improving and work in new environments that continue to motivate and excite me. Would relish the opportunity to work and contribute as a coach at Woking FC.
