Summary

Experienced and safety-focused Second Engineer with a strong background in marine engineering across cruise commercial vessels. I specialise in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Diesel Generators, hydraulic equipment, fresh water systems, steam equipment and advanced wastewater treatment. With a solid grasp of international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM), I ensure that all engineering operations meet the highest safety, efficiency, and compliance standards.

I’m well-versed in planned maintenance systems, dry dock procedures, fuel and lubrication management, and emergency response protocols. My collaborative approach allows me to work effectively with Chief Engineers and multi-disciplinary teams, even under high-pressure conditions. I hold certifications in STCW, Engine Room Resource Management, and High Voltage Safety, and I’m committed to continuous professional development.

Driven by a long-term goal to transition into offshore engineering roles, I’m actively expanding my skill set to meet the demands of offshore environments, including dynamic positioning systems and remote asset management. I bring a proactive mindset, strong technical acumen, and a readiness to contribute to offshore projects where safety, reliability, and precision are paramount.
