In my position as a Team Manager at MirrorMeUK, I played a crucial part in creating memorable experiences for weddings and various other occasions. Dealing with customer questions, unique requests, and feedback became routine to me; moreover, I found satisfaction in efficiently tackling unforeseen obstacles and providing assistance to a business that was essentially family to me which I hope to do again. This role ingrained within me a deep dedication towards the contentment of any clients I handle and teamwork effectiveness which contributed significantly to transforming every event into an unforgettable festivity.

During my time as a Deputy Event Manager at distinguished venues like The Landmark Hotel, Marriott Hotel, The Ritz and The Langham, I demonstrated unwavering commitment to the events sector. My responsibilities included aiding in organising and implementing high-profile functions and weddings, which contributed to their impeccable execution. A significant part of my role was closely working with hotel personnel and outside suppliers to guarantee each event lived up to the exceptional quality standards these esteemed hotels are recognized for. This experience further enhanced my comprehension regarding meticulous attention-to-detail importance along with the dedication necessary for crafting impeccable unforgettable occasions for our clients.

During my time as a steward at AFC Wimbledon, I had the privilege of contributing to the safety and enjoyment of fans during exhilarating football matches. Being part of the dedicated team responsible for ensuring crowd control, safety protocols, and smooth stadium operations, I developed a deep sense of responsibility and professionalism. My role involved interacting with supporters, providing directions, and assisting in emergency situations when necessary. It was not only about maintaining order but also ensuring everyone in the stadium enjoys their experience and stays safe. This experience not only honed my interpersonal skills but also instilled in me the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and the satisfaction of being part of a larger community.
