Implemented and developed a fundraising strategy to upgrade an already highly successful fundraising function that led to an increase in unrestricted revenue income

Grown Major Gifts income from £8.1m in 2019 to £10.2m in 2023

Led the fundraising team through a restructure that enabled the senior managers to flourish and thrive and showcase leadership skills including increased ability to make the ask and work with senior volunteers

Oversaw a return to post-Covid in-person events with record numbers of attendees and increased the range of events

Oversaw a governance review which led to the streamlining of the Board of Trustees and updating of all HR policies

Created a number of fundraising films and major donor funding proposals that became examples of best practise and subsequently used by colleagues in USA, Canada, Switzerland and Holland.

Fundraising events saw the largest attendances ORT UK has seen in many years - and new brand promotion events such as the Professional Women’s Network, and bar/bat mitzvah twinning programmes have brought in new donors to support our work. This was alongside the expansion of the ORT-JUMP 6th form mentoring programme from 7 to 12 schools which also led to an increase in trust fundraising.
