Confident young adult with a passion for animal studies and welfare. Previously studying wildlife conservation at John Moore's University and now studying environmental science at Ulster University. Eager to gain new employment opportunities within the field of work, with a wide range of experience and skills in Animal Care and Customer Service.
During my time as an Animal Keeper at the World of Owls sanctuary, I gained hands-on experience in caring for a diverse range of animals, from owls and eagles to farm animals and reptiles. I was responsible for feeding, cleaning, and maintaining the habitats of these animals, ensuring they had a safe and healthy environment. In addition to animal care, I played an active role in engaging with visitors by providing educational talks about the animals, their natural behaviors, and conservation efforts. This helped me refine my communication skills and ability to convey information in an engaging and informative way.
During my time as a Customer Assistant at Tesco, I have developed a strong set of skills that enabled me to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. I honed my communication abilities by engaging with customers to address their needs, answer queries, and resolve any issues promptly, while providing great customer service. Additionally, I learned how to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing demands. Through this role, I not only gained a deep understanding of customer satisfaction but also enhanced my ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude even under pressure.
