Enthusiastic AAT Finance student, seeking to apply my skills in an established company to learn to deliver high quality service in my chosen career. I am a friendly and motivated team player with a professional demeanour and excellent attention to detail. I like to apply professional standards and presentation. I also have a desire to continuously improve; I am proud of winning an award at college for the 'best endeavour' prize. I enjoy football and often play badminton with friends and family. I was a member of the RAF cadets and learnt a variety of useful skill in my time there.
Provide excellent customer service skills and good problem solving skills to help customers with their requests. I also manage the car park ensuring it is clean and tidy, as well as being responsible for the gas cage. I assist around 100 customers each day. I diplomatically handle complaints to resolve issues. I have also recently been given cashing up responsibilities. This includes counting the cash then, inputting it in the finance system before securing it in the safe. Kept public passageways clear of debris and litter, maintaining safe, secure access routes. I answered questions about the Parish Council for residents and visitors. I also assisted with Parish events.
During my second year at college I took part in some finance work experience at my local parish council. I enjoyed it so much that I volunteered to go back in my own time to learn more. My duties included, payroll BACs transfers, recording transactions into internal databases. Processed any Debit or Credit transactions that hadn't been logged yet. Checked for any anomalies that don't match either the database or the bank statement.
