- Coach and support Team Leaders and Specialists to run the day to day shifts by ensuring that the environment, facilities, systems, and materials are available to deliver a smooth and efficient operation.
- Manage data within multiple systems, ensuring a high level of operational delivery and proactive customer recovery. Conduct causal analysis where needed to get to the root of operational issues.
- Responsible for the co-ordination and completion of AIR reports within the section in a timely manner.
- Chair and co-ordination of Airside Logistics Level 1 health and safety meetings. Ensuring agenda items are addressed and completed in a timely manner whilst industrial relations are not compromised.
