I volunteered in this line of work to obtain knowledge and gain work experience through working in a small charity shop located in Penarth.

The role I was volunteering / working for was as a Retail Assistant. My duties as Retail Assistant were to maintain cleanliness and good presentation on the shop floor, to tag products and put them on shelves, to serve customers and manage donations, as well as the occasional backrooms management and cleaning the shop so that it's presentable and clean.
