My role within M&P Fire Protection has evolved over the course of the last three years.

I joined the M&P team as a project manager within the wet/dry riser division; this quickly evolved to a projects manager role, managing multiple wet/dry riser projects, and commercial sprinkler projects.

In December 2023, I was promoted to Senior Construction Manager, overseeing 4 project managers, 2 project engineers, 4 teams of small works installation engineers and document control. In addition to this, I am involved in many other aspects of the business, giving support to all team members including Sales, Design, Projects, Accounts and Procurement.

I joined the Integr8 team as a project manager to deliver the installation of wet riser and commercial sprinkler systems.

• Preparing risk and method statements.

I joined the Gordonson Fire team as an advanced improver and progressed through the ranks, finishing as a senior site supervisor.
