• Participated in formal delivery checkpoints and service reviews, supporting assessment of supplier performance, capacity planning and delivery risk across fixed‑price and time‑and‑materials work packages.
• Support transition of project outputs into operational and business‑as‑usual environments, ensuring documentation completeness, readiness and customer acceptance prior to handover.
