During my studies, I have become confident in researching information relating to my course, and completing assignments to a high standard I work extremely well as part of as team; this has been apparent within my wide experience of playing in football teams from an early age Through my coaching experience, I have become competent in dealing with a range of people and situations This has enabled me to develop leadership skills as well as clear communication As I attend the gym regularly and have a very good knowledge in this area, I have also taken part in the personal training of other people Through this, I have gained experience of time management, positive interactions, problem solving skills and assisting people to make good physical and mental progress Within a working environment, it has been noticed that I am adept at picking up new skills Also, I am hard working and always willing to learn
