• Proficient as Master in ASD, RSD & ATD Harbour/Terminal Tugs
• Responsible for the efficient and safe operations and maintenance standard of all Svitzer Towage vessels operating in the Uk.
• Carrying out safe Towage operations to assisted ships in a responsible and timely manner.
• Taking personal responsibility for ensuring a culture of safety is observed on board at all times, and that existing tools to achieve the same are utilized by all persons on board.
• Ensuring proper administration of all ship management activities on the vessel, including timely safety and operational reporting, keeping of appropriate records etc.
• Liaising closely with Marine Managers, Harbour Pilots, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and communication of all towage operations.

• Self-Employed in a relief, Ad-Hoc capacity as Master/Skipper on inland NATO Schottel Towage vessels working in a Inshore Marine Civil Engineering enviroment, which could be on any sites Inshore or Near coastal in the Uk & also familiar with Towing Spud leg barges on site.

• I was directly responsible to the Chief Officer and was responsible for the day to day upkeep and maintenance of the Deck Department and leads the Deck ratings by supervising and apportioning jobs amongst them.
• I assisted in the safe and efficient completion of the duties required by the Chief Officer's standing Work Routines, planned maintenance jobs and operational duties, mooring/unmooring, loading/unloading, marshalling of traffic, securing/unlashing of vehicles and general maintenance to the parts of the vessel managed by the Chief Officer including cleaning and painting.
• Assisted in the maintenance of all firefighting, safety and lifesaving equipment.
• Complied with the Company`s Safety, Health and Environmental Policy and motivation of deck crew towards safety awareness.
• I was responsible for the control and distribution of all deck stores and paints & is familiar with the relevant parts, procedures and requirements of the SMS contained within the Docmap system.

Wide Experience of performing all Deck & LSA duties on Deep sea vessels sailing in the capacity as EDH & AB, & CPO, employed on the following types of vessels:-

Panamax Container Ships.

Chemical Tankers

Cruise vessels

Ro-Ro Vessels

Bulk Carriers

Feeder Container Vessels
