I began my career within Halfords in July 2014 as an Assistant Store Manager. I gained knowledge and experience from both managerial and industry perspectives. A core area of focus over the last 3-4 years of my Halfords career was to reform stores which historically underperformed and didn't achieve KPI's.

As such, I was placed in 3 different stores, as General Store Manager, to make improvements to processes, in-store training programs, and develop assistant management competencies.

My role included very similar duties to those that I perform at Halfords,

Footlocker was extremely KPI focused and really helped me build a good sales mentality and competitive edge in my career.
