Job Role.
Manage the renewal cycle: Proactively oversee the entire customer renewal lifecycle from initial communication to contract closure.
Negotiate and close renewals: Engage with clients to discuss contract terms, pricing and services, ultimately negotiating and finalizing renewal agreements.
Drive customer retention: Actively work to maintain a high retention rate by building strong relationships and addressing customer concerns.
Identify growth opportunties: Collaborate with the sales teams and identify and puruse upsell or cross-sell opportunties within the existing customer base.
I have worked my way up since joining Vintage Health after my first child was born in 2017. For the first 2 years I was learning the Private Medical Insurance industry and working alongside experienced brokers where I assisted them in the day to day running of the renewals team. This was servicing high networth indivduals and SME clients(which are companies that provide Private Medical Insurance to there employees. This ranges from a policy with 2 employees up to a policy with 200 employees.
I now run my own book of clients where I have 250-300 per year.

Communciation: I pride myself on excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain the standards I have set myself each time I work on a clients renewal.
