Billing Advisor
My current role is giving me experience in dealing data entry, I take information from the current water market and give estimations to calculate customer invoices, which I then forward to them for paying.
Telephony Experience, I daily take internal calls from our customer service team, as they rely on me to fix issues that they might not know about as they relate to my department, these could be problems with invoices (incorrect data), advising up to date billing for customers. They may also enquire about meter networks, as they are complicated if you aren't trained on them. Customer Service, I don't regularly receive external calls from customers, but I do occasionally take over from a customer service agent, who may need me to explain the billing processes and anything related, directly to the customer.
