- Signed for Cardiff City Football Club at the age of 10 and played for them for 6 years
- Won the ‘braces bread’ young player of the month for February 2004 at Cardiff
- Was captain of the under 14s, 15s and 16s at Cardiff.
- Won six Wales under 16’s international cap’s against Northern Ireland, Scotland, Republic of Ireland, Finland x 2 and England
- Played for Hereford United under 18’s for two years
- Was captain of Hereford United under 18’s for one season
- Came on as a substitute for Hereford United FC first team against Ledbury Town in the Hereford senior cup.
- Coached Hereford United Football Development Centre at The Welsh Super Cup to first and second place at under 12s level in 11 a side and 8 a side.
- Starting the very first Hereford United Down Syndrome football team
- Wrote the IBSA Coaching Blind Footballers – A beginners guide.
- Wrote a chapter on Para Football in the book Talent Identification and Development in Youth Soccer
