Responsible for the onboarding and periodic review of corporate clients. Skills required for this role included time management, organisation, relationship management and prioritisation of strategic accounts to the bank.

  • Investigate the customer’s ownership structure, conduct PEP, negative news and sanction checks in line with the current CDD standards, and collect any supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with Front Office teams to ensure that the on-boarding and reviews are signed off within the prescribed deadline and that any additional information that may be required is sought as soon as possible.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc MI reporting regarding the case files in my queue.
