The Recruitment Management Application is a cloud-based solution on Salesforce
designed to streamline recruitment processes. It centralizes job management,
candidate profiles, applications, reviews, and postings across multiple sites.
Designing the data model(App, Object, Fields, Record, Tabs ) within Salesforce to
effectively capture and organize information related to job positions, candidates,
skills, applications, and reviews.
Implementing various Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields,
relationships, page layouts, record types, and formula fields to tailor the application
to the specific needs of the organization.
Configuring security settings including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing
rules to ensure data privacy and access control.
Developing automation processes using flows, validation rules, duplicate rules, and
matching rules to enforce data integrity and streamline workflows.
Building custom Lightning components, pages, and flows to create intuitive user
interfaces and automate complex business processes.
Writing Apex triggers, classes, and test classes to extend the functionality of the
application and implement custom business logic.
Creating reports, dashboards, and list views to provide actionable insights into
recruitment metrics and performance.
Developed and optimized custom Apex classes, triggers, and test classes to
automate recruitment processes.
Conducting data loading and imports using Salesforce data management tools and
overseeing the approval process for system changes.
