I am a driven ,hard working young woman who is always time efficient
I love working as part of a team and I strive to do my best in my job and always make sure customers are leaving the premises with a smile on their faces.
I come from a very family orientated background so I really really enjoy also spending time with my family and friends and my dogs I have a chocolate Labrador who is a family dog of 12 years of age and I also have a puppy with my partner who is a 15 month of King Charles cavalier spaniel both of which I love taking for walks and playing with them.
I am also part of a ladies rugby team called Pembroke panthers rfc of which I play the position of winger on either side rugby is a very big passion of mine and a very big part of my life of which I also work as part of a team while training/ playing game on weekends.
I also have a very big passion for working in customer facing positions as I get to know more people and get to see people leaving with a beaming smile on their face which makes me feel really good as I feel like I'm making a difference and positively impacting their lives
On a day to day basis we would go into the office and call data provided to us from our boss some on whom may be eligible for a free home energy improvement grant also known as the eco 4 grant. If the customer was eligible we would then fill an online form in with their details which would then go directly to our boss who would give them a call to discuss things more in depth. But we would most importantly ensure they had the best experience with us on the phone possible.
My day to day duties would include meeting in what we called base lodge getting my work device for the day , getting the materials and tools I needed for the day and then I would go off to the lodges I had been assigned for the day. would then make a start on the lodges that I needed to clean in which we would all be assigned 3 lodges each to do which would take us from 10:00AM to 4:00PM we would have our lunch at around 12:00PM till 12:30PM and then we would go and continue with the remaining lodges we had to clean. These of course had to be up to the best standards possible and my day to day duties would also include managing chemicals in which we would use to clean our lodges along with floor cleaning tablets we would put into hot water in the mop bucket. We would also dispose of any waste including baby waste , general waste and recycling. working as part of a team was a major major priority we would always help each other out for example if one of us was struggling and was behind With what we had left to do we would team up and help each other out.
