I am a friendly and reliable individual offering nearly 9 years of first aid experience, meaning I am trained and equipped to help and care for those in need. This has allowed me develop professionally and personally allowing me to develop my communication skills in order to provide first aid cover at local events and to build relationships with the general public and my colleagues . As well as this I have various experience of working in customer facing roles, which has further developed my communication skills, and has provided with a range of skills, such as organisation, time-keeping and confidence.
