Career Objectives And Key Strengths

I aim to assist in the smooth daily running of the hospital and care residence using the experience and knowledge I acquired. My main objective is to provide a safe, caring, friendly, and homely atmosphere for the clients so that they can enjoy living away from home. With the experience and knowledge I acquired through other courses, I would like to further my career to a more senior position within the next 5 years. Some of my Key strengths or Work skills are: 1. Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the residence by ensuring that a high standard of care is given to the clients and that the organization's Policies, Procedures, and CQC standards requirements are met. 2. Ordering, Auditing, and Administering Medication 3. Reviewing, and implementing the client support plan 4. Adopted to work under pressure while observing health, privacy and safety at all times 5.
