Summary

I have been working as a small animal vet since my graduation in 2020. I am grateful for the variety this job brings on a daily basis, meeting an array of people and their pets and feel blessed to care for them throughout all stages of their life. I feel very passionate about those in their geriatric years because it is a time where simple discussions and changes can have such a positive impact on their daily lives. I have gained valuable experience when it comes to navigating discussions around pain management, quality of life, palliative and end of life care and am able to tailor my approach to the individual patient and family in front of me. This is an area I would like to pursue further, continuing to develop my skills in order to provide the highest standard of personalised support and care. I am currently on maternity leave and plan on returning to work in February 2026
