Assistant Director Shadowing Placement – Hollyoaks, Lime Pictures, Liverpool

August 2025 (Short term contract)

Completed one-week work experience placement shadowing the Assistant Director on the set of Hollyoaks at Lime Pictures. Gained valuable insight into television production and observed how cast and crew work together to keep filming organised and on schedule.

Key skills developed:

• Observed the day-to- day responsibilities of the Assistant Director
• Facilitated communication between cast and crew members to prevent misunderstandings.
• Developed an understanding of production scheduling and coordination.
• Experienced working in a fast-paced professional environment.

During Covid I was part of a team who packed and delivered meals to valuable members of the community.

• Adhered strictly to company policies regarding health and safety measures in the workplace.
• Labelled products, parcels and packages.
• Maintained clean, tidy working environments, upholding warehouse hygiene and safety standards.
