Worked part-time as a waitress at The Britannia, an independent gastropub, where I developed a wide range of transferable skills. Within this role, I was:

• responsible for managing approximately seven tables at a time
• answering phone enquiries
• supporting colleagues with their sections
• training new employees.
• handled tasks such as preparing bills, managing reservations, overseeing customer seating, and ensuring that each section remained organised throughout the duration of the shift.

Through this role, I have strengthened my ability to communicate clearly with diverse individuals, I have been able to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency, and I have consistently maintained a strong attention to detail.
