  • As the incumbent data partners for Heathrow our remit has grown from delivering CRM emails to housing their SCV, helping them install and run the Adobe cloud solution across their estate and working strategically with them to commercialise through data driven marketing.
  • Over my time we have transitions from one platform to another, linked Adobe Audience manager to customer behaviours and communications.
  • Worked with the marketing and Loyalty team to launch multiple onmi channel campaigns.
  • And helped delivered continued commercial uplift from a data first strategic approach.
  • Results include increasing spend of Reward members by over 12% on campaigns and increase marketable base by 20%.

  • One of my personal key highlights is launching multiple customer lifecycle programs which segment consumers based on their profile but also on their engagement levels and content preferences.
  • My role involves working with the creative agency, analytic teams pulling in the insights and data available to create a program that is possible with the technology landscape as it is for my client.
  • This included writing the business rules and setting the benchmarks and KPI’s for the program.
  • Working with regional internal stake holders to understand their new Global database with how it impacts local territories CRM strategy and execution.
  • Selling into the German market how Acxiom can support them in the campaign management side of using their new database and also eCRM Consultancy to ensure they set up the correct processes to deliver.
  • I worked with the market to define their needs, put a proposal together of the campaign team they needed for the UAT, migration and BAU of their new campaign management tool.
  • In addition up sold consultancy services to help them internally educate and define the new processes and how best to utilize their database given their current state and future plan.
