I am a registered nursing associate with a pin to practise, who is a highly skilled, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate, prolific, versatile and proactive in caring and improving patients' life by promoting their independence, recovery and delivering a high level of care.
I am caring, compassionate, courageous, competent, committed and a good communicator. I strictly adhere to the ethics of what I practise and have a great passion for patient care with all my relevant experience and my unique skills. These are some of the motivational influences over choosing this as a career path and have always been my role model when exhibiting my professional qualities.
I started as a health care assistant and have risen to the position where I am currently, due to my passion for the job role and as a result, have gained more training, problem-solving skills and abilities and open to constructive criticisms which have helped in my development thus far. I am a trusted and dependable team player, I have acquired both clinical and non-clinical skills in the community and on inpatient ward such as building therapeutic relationships, medication management, assessment, crisis management through duty, phlebotomy, clozapine management, physical health, depot injection administering, case bursting in MDT , and care planning.
I have a polite and friendly manner and I am able to work independently by using my own initiative and also build a strong relationship with others. I understand it is my responsibility as a registered nursing associate to at all times abide by the ethics of what I practise and in carrying out my job description in-depth to the best of my ability.
