Young people are at the heart of everything I do, I am driven to ensure that all young people receive the nurture, love, support and ambition that allows them to become successful, happy and fulfilled members of their future community. Over the past 17 years of my teaching career, I have taken on a number of different roles, honing my leadership skills and developing my knowledge and passion around SEND. Having worked as the Head of School in my current school focused on SEMH, I am now looking to take the next steps of my career.
