I am a compassionate, reliable and trustworthy employee who can work alone or as part of a team. I am quick to learn and willing to adapt to any role that I am placed at. I am always friendly and kind to my colleagues and customers as I've previously worked with people from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I am dependable, punctual and an active listener that enjoys working in a collaborative environment with others, ensuring that tasks are successfully completed on time and are accurate.

While I don't have extensive work experience, I am eager to contribute to a team and learn from every opportunity that I get. I've successfully completed my GCSEs with an average grade and I hold multiple IT-related qualifications which consist of a OCR Level 2 Cambridge Technical Diploma in IT and an OCR Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT. These academic achievements have equipped me with a solid understanding of IT fundamentals, web development and effective use of Google Workspace.

I am confident that my combination of technical knowledge, customer care, communications skills and commitment to personal growth will allow me to make a positive impact in any role I undertake.
