Prediction of Protein Conformations, Interactions and Lead Compounds for Drug Discovery

• Created a network of the ubiquitin proteasome system using Cytoscape. Interactions and scores were filtered from HumanNet database.
• Analyzed the network and predicted potential interactions which could lead to tumor progression or tumorigenesis.
• Predicted the structure and interacting atoms of within the predicted protein-protein interactions using Alphafold and PyRosetta.
• Checked the stability of those interactions using MD Simulation.
• Made a list of inhibitor molecules that could act as a competitive inhibitor for the predicted interactions.

Detection and evaluation of susceptibility to antibiotics in non-H2S producing antibiotic-resistant bacteria

• Isolated and cultured bacteria from soil collected near hospitals.
• Performed several tests to characterize the isolated strains.
• Antibiotic resistance of the strains was tested through agar well test.
• Identified the isolated strain by performing 16s RNA sequencing.
