Abdullah Rafiq

I am 16 years old and I enjoy swimming And going gym 2 -3x a week to build my strength and become better physically. I also have my swimming awards 100m backstroke and front crawl, I also have the Fernwood award Bronze and silver 894 award points. I have also completed my Duke of Edinburgh I had 2 go into the wild cook food and sleep in tents. We also had to work together as a team and solve Problem. I also did some volunteering I helped out people at homework club when they stuck I helped them. I also did a skills which was also my Sports Leaders qualification we designed sports activities for children in a team. I did a physical for 6 months where I worked on my physical health and boxing.
