Mathematical reasoning and problem solving-I have studied A-level mathematics and learnt how to apply these mathematical principle to problems engineers may come across in my level 3 BTEC engineering course and due to this I developed a level of understanding in this field which will allow me to guide students when struggling on this subject

Multilingual communication-I can speak English, Urdu and Punjabi fluently allowing me to connect with students that are from different backgrounds whilst also explaining methodologies in ways which may suit the student

Encouraging-Due to being a member of the educational process for many years I have observed that everyone learns in a different way This allows me to communicate to people in a way which suits them and encouraging to keep trying when they make mistakes as this is the best way to learn and improve

Affiliations

Football-Play for a local grassroots club called Whittle Hall under 18s.I operate primarily as a central Midfielder and I have provided 20 goals and 40+ assists for my football team in the last 3 years. Football has taught me to step up at moments when no else in the moments and I believe that this could transfer to the work place and an example of this could be covering my colleagues shifts.
Cricket-I used to play for the Warrington cricket and I was third in the batting order and was a fast bowler. Cricket taught me to work in at team unit and encourage my team mates when they make a mistake such as dropping a catch or getting bowled out.
Reading-I love reading books which help us understand how civilisation has evolved and advanced. A book which helped understand human advancement was nuts and bolts and its a book based on how simple inventions are required in order to build the complex things which we believe we cant suirve without.
