. L1 Task Work Flow:
1. Based on DNS, Static and DHCP.
2. Used to monitor the queue, email and work on tickets.
3. Monitor the network and servers.
4. Used to handle the activities.
5. As per the user requirement have to Register, De –Register IPs as Static or DHCP with Bluecat tool or with NS update manually login into servers and do IP Updating , Deletion , Deletion of Text Record and Adding Aliases (Cname).
6. Recently Alcon moved from Novartis so worked in moving servers from Novartis to Alcon.
L2 Task Work Flow:
· Working in a 24x7 shifts as part of monitoring the network and servers infrastructure which includes, over 110+ servers monitoring with HPNNMi.
· As a Network Engineer I should handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues and provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required. · Prepare weekly and monthly status reports of Work Orders / Incidents / CRQ’s.
· Resolve network issues on as per the requests.
· Configuration of IP space management and allocation with VitalQIP Tool. ·Configuring Delegations, Forwarders, and DHCP template options (43 and 150).
· Create and implement changes for the installation of Bind Upgrades, IPAM Product Installations/Upgrades/Patches.
· Monitor and Manage RunIP appliances through the RunIP management station.
· Creating Subnets and finding right subnet value from existing subnets and adding into VitalQIP as per requirement.
Project (Packaging and SCCM with in Novartis as L1) Worked for 5 months
Work Flow:
Ø Used to Create Simple and Medium Packages with PowerShell with help of simple SQL commands.
Ø Tools used for SCCM (SCCM Console , Client center , Snow Tool)
Ø Monitoring Incidents and give resolution as per the issue.
Ø Daily task used to do health check for SCCM Client Health.
Ø Used to deploy the packages with SCCM tool on servers.
Ø Importing and Exporting the packages from Novartis server to Alcon.
Ø With the help of SCCM we used to create a mirror copy of Packages in Alcon infrastructure.
