Role Summary:

• Serve as Finance, Warehouse, and Supplies Advisor for Hosiery Division III, providing strategic guidance on financial planning, cost optimization, and supply chain performance.
• Lead budgeting, data analysis, and financial reporting, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Conduct detailed operational data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Oversee internal audits for procurement, payment processing, and store operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Spearhead ERP and Warehouse Management System deployment across multiple sites to enhance operational transparency and control.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for inventory management, warehouse workflows, and supply handling.
• Play a key role in the establishment of the overseas manufacturing unit, Taxlan, in Sri Lanka, overseeing financial structuring, supply chain setup, and operational integration.

• Prepared statutory financial statements and coordinated external audits.
• Managed Letters of Credit, refinancing arrangements, and bank reconciliations.
• Produced detailed inventory and financial reconciliation reports.

• Conducted statutory audits for clients across multiple industries.
• Designed and evaluated internal control systems.
• Led audit engagements for major clients including MCB Bank, SNGPL, and TEVTA Punjab.
• Ensured compliance with IFRS and Companies Ordinance.
