Working at Jet2 I coordinated with many job roles throughout the airport, to maintain the efficiency and safety of all passengers. I am currently a mentor and have been for the past 2 years, doing this I helped train new staff and support them wherever is necessary. Working here I demonstrated excellent memory and communication skills, doing this I accepted and ordered delivery of food, I would also serve customers with an efficient and friendly service, while taking orders and resolving the customer complaints.
