Job overview

My time working at this company gave me many exciting opportunities to engage in various administrative office works. I began working in the office environment with no experience of office works however I quickly absorbed all the information needed to be successful in this role. Some of the responsibilities I needed to carry out included:


  • Assisted managers in compiling and organising materials for meetings.
  • Created email notifications, invitations and agendas for meetings, events and appointments.
  • Acted as main contact for internal and external clients.
  • Screened phone calls and routed callers to appropriate parties.


I also engaged with many different employees in the company. I assisted and went above and beyond to make sure if a issue had presented itself I tried my best to resolve this.
