• Leadership of a medium-sized highly technical team with a hybrid working pattern.
• Overall responsibility for the structuring of data from 50+ clinical and corporate systems in use around our Trust to create one single "source of truth" not only for operational reporting, but to aid with planning, financial income and the making of strategic decisions.

• Centralised trust reporting, designed and rolled out a central portal for report access.

• Responsible for developing and maintaining the information department's SQL databases and the extraction of data from Trust clinical systems.
• Designed, built and implemented a full suite of Business Objects Universes in line with trust reporting requirements.
• Trained the information analysts and managed the re-design of all reporting within the Business Objects software.
• Demonstrated to key senior-level stakeholders and rolled out the use of Business Objects as a self-serve product throughout the Trust.

• Technical role within the NHS mental health setting.
• Responsible for developing reports using SQL and data validation.
• Worked closely with managers to ensure they receive timely and accurate information.
• Advised on available information to support the operational and business needs of the clinical divisions and corporate departments.

My role was to centralise data sources within the organisation and introduce the Business Objects software to help handle the reporting requirements within a rapidly evolving business. By the time I left my permanent position, the entire office-based and warehouse workforce (250+) had adopted the use of the software as part of their daily routine.
