Also developing skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, through course work I have used data to analyse and then plan how to improve the business performance. I participated in work experience for a Digital marketing company. This helped me understand the marketing industry as I got hands-on experience within a marketing agency where I got to conduct a competitive analysis for a client, who then used my research in helping them to get an advantage over their competitors. I also reviewed the clients social media platforms and gave them constructive feedback on what they can improve on to allow them to gain a higher amount of interactions from customers on their platforms.
