• As a Senior Medical Officer (2015 - 2019), I was instrumental in my role as the Clinical Coordinator, to creating teaching sessions and hands on training for my nurses in Obstetric and Emergency care as well as post operative care.
• During my residency in Emergency Medicine (2019 - 2022), as Chief Resident I trained junior colleagues and coordinated with the Lead Clinician to organize lectures and training sessions, in Advanced Trauma care, Advanced Cardiac Life support. Critical care management, operation of Ventilators, Teaching emergency procedures, such as intubation, thoracostomy, interpretation of ECGs, ABGs. During this period, I also trained Paramedics in Trauma Care and Basic Life support/ Advanced Cardiac Life Support As an Emergency Physician, i currently teach and train colleagues and nurses, during ward rounds, i also work with a team to coordinate hands on training in resuscitation techniques

• 2021 - 2022 - Chief Resident of Directorate of Emergency Medicine, Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital During my time as Chief Resident, I played a role in management of the directorate as well as managing residents and nurses in department. I coordinating training sessions and introduce programmes to improve resident welfare.
• 2017 - 2019 - Acting Medical Superintendent - SDA Hospital Obuasi. During this period, I was responsible for day to day running of the facility, as head of the management of a district hospital, while prioritising patient care and ensuring delivery of quality customer service.
