I have a background mainly around customer service with experience in management, and over the years I have learned how to maximise customer satisfaction with exceptional service and support. I am emotionally intelligent; in addition to this, I understand what it takes to build a fantastic team, and how to incentivise my team to produce outstanding results.
My role involved greeting customers at the till, helping them checkout and filling the shelves on the shop floor. I also assisted customers with any enquiries.
I have a background in customer service so this role has allowed me to build on my soft skills further, in particular communication, team work and time management.
My role was within the picking department at an Amazon warehouse. I was required to communicate with robots to select products that have been ordered and send them to the packing department. My efficiency is monitored and I was required to select items at a fast rate, which can be physically demanding. This has allowed me to build on productivity skills further, as well as adaptability.
IT: I am an expert in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel for admin purposes

From the age of 13 to 16, as a way to compete with myself and others in my school, I tutored mathematics as a way to break down and really understand the world. I was awarded a Peer Maths Tutor certificate as a result.
