• Developed a framework to analyse the different categories of smart street furniture. Conducted detailed research on 40 smart-street furniture companies in 5 categories across 10 countries, and presented the data in a concise and standardized reporting framework to the project manager and project sponsors.
  
• Analysed and tracked project data, communicated to the stakeholders the status of the updates and projections; predicted potential risk, and collaborated to develop actions to minimize hurdles and setbacks.

• Worked in PMO team of Young professionals hired to undertake time-bound government projects. Projects were undertaken across various states and respective ministries of India.
  
• Worked on 15 time-bound projects in the Young Professionals team for impact evaluations and regulated quality assurance of various Public and Private sector projects.
  
• Led various on-site project inspections liaising with 10+ Welfare Economic and other nodal officers involved in the project from central and state governments of India.

• Conducted extensive research on the initiative of India National Platform on Private Sustainability Standards(INPPS), an initiative of 5 UN agencies: FAO, ITC, UNCTAD, UNEP and UNIDO, QCI as its nodal secretariat in India.

  Contributed to the preparation of a vision draft for stakeholders at INPPS to tackle sustainability and related challenges in a 5-year actionable roadmap.
  
• Prepared and owned documentation such as project scope, requirements and ToM of other key national projects including Skill Management and Accreditation of Training Centres under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Swachh Bharat Mission-Open Defecation Free Assessment.
  
• Proposed and drafted initial requirements for 2 key technological change projects for internal processes to uphold the integrity and unclog the QCI project pipeline. These were namely the cloud-based central CRM and integrated dynamic dashboards to track key project metrics of national policies under the Central Government of India.
  
• Liaised directly with the Chief Minister and CMO of Assam regarding a state-wide project implementation plan in line with the Central Government's national strategy.
