Re: Team Leader Secondment

  • I write further to recent discussions around the Team Leader secondment position based at the Rudolph & Hellmann Wolverhampton site and your verbal offer. As such, I wish to confirm the agreed terms to support this secondment position, as outlined below:
  • Commencement Date & Duration – The secondment will be effective 2026-03-03 for 6 months. The business requirement for the role will be reviewed during this secondment period and the Company reserve the right to end the secondment. Should the secondment come to an end you will revert to your present role of Operations Associate on the same terms and conditions as those that applied prior to your secondment, or if the role no longer exists then a suitable alternative. Should this occur the Company will give you as much notice as is practicable.
  • Rate of Pay – Your hourly rate of pay will increase to £15.96 during this period. Your substantive role and hourly pay will remain the same as an Operations Associate.
  • Shift patterns – You are contracted to work 39 hours per week over a 5 day period (exclusive of any breaks). The start, finish and break times will be determined locally in line with Business requirements and Customer needs.
  • You could be required to work any of the shift patterns within the contractual scope of services with JLR Wolverhampton, you will be informed by your Line Manager in advance.
  • Secondment Review – This position is subject to monthly reviews. During this period, employees will be required to demonstrate to the organization, satisfactory suitability to undertake their roles.
  • All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and are not affected by the details outlined above which make reference to this secondment only.
  • To illustrate receipt and acceptance of this interim secondment, we ask that you sign and return one copy of this letter to the HR Department. We are happy to receive a scanned copy which can be e-mailed to KumariM@rh-automotive.co.uk.
