Due to my college course being a T-level, I have to complete 315 hours of work experience with a construction company. The company I work at is Winvic Construction Ltd. My role there is industry placement student where I learn different roles and get an understanding of being in a work environment. I have learned how to communicate formally in person and online as I believe it's important to be professional. I have worked with skilled engineers and managers to understand their role and they have shown me how to be successful in my career. I have good punctuality as I was always on time to site with time to spare as being prepared shows good work ethic.
