At Imperial Waste Ltd I was responsible for the day to day running of the Limited company, after discussions with a friend about the potential of taking over and running of the start up company we came to an agreement where I would take full ownership and responsibility for the full operation and growth of the company, before my inclusion Imperial waste Ltd turned over 20 K in its first year (2018) The trading year of 2022 we turned over £360,000 with an operating net profit of £85,000, This was in part to Acquiring key contracts which included LBHF Council, i Was also very close to securing a £100,000 contract with Morgan Sindall however after numerous positive meeting this particular contract fell through

Bathstore was the country's leading specialist bathroom retailer having over 175 stores across the UK


As a Sales Consultant I played a crucial part in building a rapport with potential customers and establishing their needs by demonstrating the range of products and services available. I used Articad software to design tailor made bathrooms with customers and negotiate prices

I worked as part of a team to make sure our customers receive the highest levels of customer service, I was also responsible for answering and chasing potential clients aswell as incoming calls, corresponding to email's and dealing with queries and complaints.


From the second month of my employment onwards I was lead designer and top salesman for the branch store and consistently one of the top ten in the region.


During my time at Bathstore I have found skills like customer service and team work are essential parts of the role; add-on sales, cashing up and bank management, security and safety and much more are also included, It was a commission lead position where there were store KPIs to meet alongside regional targets which I found particularly motivating as I am part responsible for my monthly earnings, I was also responsible for taking morning company conference calls, providing the latest information, facts and action plans for my store in place of the manager.


I enjoyed this role at Bathstore as it allowed me the freedom of creativity and I was constantly learning as the brand developed to compete with the current markets and also against competitors.
