Aaron McDermott

As a Crew Trainer I have the responsibility of training employees on different workstations and ensuring that they know how to complete the tasks required to a high standard, whilst ensuring that they are following all necessary safety and hygiene standards. By doing this it allowed other employees to develop new skills in new tasks or stations. And improved upon my leadership and communication skills. Alongside this I also carry out duties in all stations and flex into different stations when necessary.

Furthermore, working in this role has allowed me to develop empathy when resolving customer issues in a friendly and confident manner. Additionally, it has shown me how to manage in a fast paced pressured environment.
